As always, ACFCU provides our members with free check reorders in selected styles. Due to a software problem at Harland/Liberty (our check printer) some members have entered orders for styles not included in the free series. When their order is placed the members have received confirmation wrongly indicating there will be no charge for the order. Unfortunately, their accounts have then been correctly charged for the reorder costs. Please be sure you have ordered check styles included in the free series if you wish to take advantage of the free reorder benefit.
We are working with Harland/Liberty to correct this situation and apologize for any inconvenience to our members.
