Members can access funds 24 hours a day, seven days a week at any machine with a Plus or Star logo. Transactions conducted at Appalachian Community Federal Credit Union owned ATMs are FREE. A member can make up to six FREE foreign transactions each month (the financial institution that owns the ATM machine may charge an access fee). Thereafter, Appalachian Community Federal Credit Union will charge a $1.50 fee for each foreign ATM transaction.
It couldn't be easier to stay in touch with your money. Simply sign up for CU ONLINE 24/7 , the credit union's FREE internet banking program. You can access your credit union accounts and conduct financial transactions from your home computer or any other computer - whenever it is convenient for you. Stop by one of our convenient offices or give us a call and choose your four digit PIN for access to CU ONLINE 24/7.
Overdraft protection is setup at the member's request through their savings account and will transfer funds to the member's checking account to prevent an overdraft. Also, you might consider applying for an overdraft protection line of credit.
You will receive a detailed monthly statement showing daily account activity in the mail. Paid checks are not returned, but copies are available if needed (may incurr a minimal fee). Copies are available for free via Home Banking access.
